Bob was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He currently resides in Chicago, and intermittently in Newport Beach and the Washington DC area. During his rare leisure time he is an avid sailor (on Lake Michigan, the Pacific Ocean and Chesapeake Bay), triathlete and squash player.

Bob Cavoto began his executive search career at a large firm headquartered in downtown Chicago. Bob does not manage the day-to-day activities of the business, but instead sets strategic direction for the firm.
